By opting in through any of the above methods, you expressly consent to receive text messages from the Law Office of Merhay Shalomov, PLLC. Consent is not a condition of retaining our legal services.
5. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of our SMS program at any time using any of the following methods:

8. Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is available on most major U.S. mobile carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Carrier support may vary and is not guaranteed for all carriers or devices.
9. Privacy and Data Use

11. No Attorney-Client Relationship
Communicating with our Firm via SMS does not establish an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is only formed upon execution of a written retainer agreement signed by both you and the Firm.
